Begin and end each day with prayer and meditation. Study your spiritual material daily, i.e. Bible, Qu'ran, etc. Allow the "old" you to fade away, to make room for the "new" you. Develop relationships with like-minded people who share your morals and values. Visualize your life the way you truly desire to live, without boundaries.
